Delete your RankResume account

How to delete it

• In the Android app: Settings → Delete account.
• On the web: sign in, open Account in the sidebar, choose Delete account.
• Can't sign in? Email ammar@rankresume.io from your account's address and we'll delete it within 7 days.

What happens

Deleted immediately: your account, resumes, cover letters, uploaded files, credits and usage history.

Kept: payment records, which tax law requires us to keep.

Subscriptions must be cancelled first, in Billing on your RankResume dashboard or in Google Play → Subscriptions.
